Holistic, trauma-informed grief coaching
Supporting you through the parts of grief people don’t always say out loud
1:1 support for adults navigating grief, identity shifts, and the unspoken changes loss can bring.

1:1 support for adults navigating grief, identity shifts, and the unspoken changes loss can bring.

My work offers a grounded, compassionate space to gently explore those parts of grief - helping you expand your capacity, reconnect with yourself, and move through life with more steadiness and self-trust.
Grieve • Breathe • Live isn’t just the name of my business. It is the philosophy that guides every session, every reflection and every resource I create.
These aren’t stages to complete, because grief doesn’t move in a straight line. We may move between grieving, finding moments of safety, and reconnecting with life many times - sometimes within the same day.
My role isn’t to lead you through a fixed process. It’s to meet you where you are, understand what’s most important in that moment and gently support you from there. That’s why my approach is built around three interconnected pillars: Grieve, Breathe and Live - making sense of your experience, finding safety within yourself, and reconnecting with who you’re becoming.

Together we’ll gently make sense of your grief, your emotions, your identity and the parts of your story that can feel impossible to put into words.
This is about understanding your experience - not judging it.

We’ll explore ways to support your nervous system, expand your capacity and create moments of steadiness when life feels overwhelming.
Small moments of safety become the foundation for everything else.

As grief changes, so do we.
We’ll gently explore identity, relationships, purpose and what it means to build a life that carries grief, rather than leaves it behind.

After losing my husband at 33, I was left not only with my own overwhelming grief, but also supporting my two children through the loss of their dad. It was a time where I felt completely lost and no longer knew who I was.
Louise held a space for me that felt truly safe, compassionate, and deeply personal. She met me with such care and understanding, allowing me to move at a pace that felt right for me, without pressure or expectation.
She gently supported me in finding my way back to myself, helping me navigate the pain and complexity of my grief. Through her guidance, I began to understand how deeply my grief was affecting my mind, body, and spirit.
What touched me most was how Louise helped me listen to my grief rather than fear it, guiding me to understand what it was asking of me. That experience has been profoundly moving and has changed the way I see myself and my healing journey.
