… a supportive, non-clinical space to explore your grief in a way that feels right for you. Unlike counselling or therapy, grief coaching doesn’t involve diagnosis or treatment. It focuses on where you are now and how you want to move forward, helping you make sense of your experience, feel less alone in it, and find ways to live alongside grief with greater compassion and understanding.
Grief coaching can sit alongside therapy, or be a supportive option if you’re not in therapy.
There’s no pressure to “fix” anything, revisit the past in ways that feel overwhelming, or reach a particular outcome. Sessions are guided by what feels most supportive for you in the present, and by the life you are learning to live alongside grief. If you’re unsure whether grief coaching is the right fit, that’s okay - we can explore that together.
I support adults navigating loss, life transitions and the many changes that come when life no longer looks the way you expected. I’m training as a holistic, trauma-informed grief coach, drawing on both professional training and lived experience. My intention is not to fix or rush grief, but to offer a steady, supportive space where you are met exactly as you are.
1:1 sessions will be available from April 2026. Until then, you’re welcome to explore, connect and take what feels supportive for you.

This work matters to me because grief is far more complex than society often allows space for. It’s frequently misunderstood, minimised, or expected to follow rules that don’t reflect reality.

Grief doesn’t have a finish line. For many, it becomes something we carry across a lifetime, touching every part of us - mind, body, and spirit.
That’s why a holistic, compassionate approach to grief support matters so deeply to me, and why no one should have to grieve alone.
If you‘re here, it may be because grief has touched your life in a way that feels hard to explain or carry. You’re welcome here.

I came to this work through my own experience of loss, including losing my husband - and discovering how deeply grief can change not just your heart, but your sense of self and your place in the world.
My understanding of grief is shaped not only by training, but by lived experience. I know what it is to lose someone deeply loved, and to discover that grief doesn’t simply fade with time - it changes your identity, how life feels, how the world looks, and how you move through it.
Living with grief has taught me that it isn’t something to fix or overcome, but something to be met with compassion, patience, and care. This lived experience sits at the heart of how I hold space for others - with gentleness, respect, and no expectations of how grief should look.

I offer holistic, trauma-informed grief coaching grounded in compassion, safety, and respect for your individual experience.
Sessions follow a gentle pace. There is space for silence, for tears, and for not knowing what to say. We follow what feels present for you, rather than a set plan or agenda.

Sessions follow a gentle pace. There is space for silence, for tears, and for not knowing what to say. We follow what feels present for you, rather than a set plan or agenda.
Some of the ways I can gently support you include:
- Making space for your grief without being rushed or fixed.
-Navigating life after loss, change, or identity shifts.
- Finding small anchors when the days feel heavy or unreal.
- Holding memories, anniversaries, and difficult seasons.
- Learning ways to settle your nervous system when emotions feel overwhelming.
- Exploring what it means to keep living alongside grief, not beyond it.
Support is shaped around the whole person, recognising how grief affects the mind, body, and spirit. You are always in control of what we explore, and we move in a way that feels right for you.

Alongside my lived experience of grief and my Holisitic grief coaching certification, I am also a qualified nurse.
I have worked within the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct for over 17 years, which has shaped my commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and compassionate, person-centred care.
My grief coaching work is offered within a non-clinical framework. I do not provide medical advice, therapy or counselling.
The Holistic Grief Coaching certification I am completing is accredited by IPHM (The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and I will be registered with the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists). My work is guided by the scope and ethical standards of grief coaching practice.
Above all, my work is guided by care, consent and respect and by the belief that grief deserves time, space and kindness.
